1. Free UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer:

FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £40.

Your order total must reach £40 after discounts and before shipping fees to qualify.


2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout.

Orivion is not liable for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost or returned parcels caused by address errors

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee to resend the parcel.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Orivion is no longer responsible for loss or theft.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@orivion.com with photos so we can assist.


7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If we offer international delivery, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import fees.


8. Delivery Delays

External factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or seasonal demand may affect delivery times.

We cannot be held liable for delays outside our control.


9. Missing or Late Deliveries

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check:

  • Your tracking link

  • Whether a neighbour accepted the parcel

  • Your local delivery office

If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us and we will assist you.
