Refund policy

At Orivion, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Every item we create is made with care, and your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@orivion.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved:

  • We’ll provide full return instructions and our UK return address.

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.


3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact contact@orivion.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number, reference number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging,

  • A brief description of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, in line with UK Consumer Rights law.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs (including international shipping) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.


5. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) for a refund, and place a new order separately.


6. International Returns

We happily ship worldwide, and international returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your country, return delivery times may vary.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times can vary.

  3. If you still haven’t received it, please email us at contact@orivion.co.uk, and we’ll investigate immediately.
